Harmony is set in an elevated position within 4 acres of private grounds, surrounded by beautiful views across the local farmland. The property offers flexible accommodation for groups and extended families.
Sleeping up to 15 guests, Harmony combines the charm of a traditional French farmhouse with plenty of space and facilities for everyone to enjoy. The property also benefits from air conditioning, making it comfortable during the warmer summer months.
Located in the north of the Lot-et-Garonne, close to the Dordogne, Harmony is ideally placed for exploring the region. Bergerac and its airport are around 40 minutes away, while the market town of Miramont-de-Guyenne, with its Monday morning market and supermarkets, is just a 5-minute drive. The popular bastide town of Eymet, with its restaurants, cafés and bars, is also a short drive away.
Golfers can enjoy nearby Tombeboeuf golf course, while the surrounding area offers something for everyone – from historic châteaux and picturesque villages to lakeside beaches, canoeing, karting, water parks and wine tasting.
Outside, the fenced heated salt-water swimming pool has an L-shaped design, measuring approximately 10m x 4m and 8m x 4m. There is also an indoor jacuzzi and exercise equipment, while a covered games area provides a pool table, table tennis, darts and other games. Younger guests are catered for with outdoor play equipment.
A large covered terrace provides the perfect setting for relaxed outdoor dining, complete with an outside kitchen and BBQ. For an extra touch of relaxation, wellbeing treatments including massage can also be booked during your stay.
With its combination of space, privacy, flexible accommodation and extensive facilities, Harmony is an ideal choice for large groups and extended families wanting to holiday together while still having plenty of room to spread out.
Harmony Farmhouse – 5 air conditioned bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (sleeps 15)
Ground floor:
- Well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, large table with 10 chairs
- Large lounge, with French TV, UK TV and WiFi which opens out onto the covered terrace
- Double bedroom leading from the lounge with en suite shower room, WC and wash basin
- Bedroom with 4 adult sized bunk beds with en suite shower room, WC and wash basin
- Bathroom with bath, shower, WC, wash basin and bidet
First floor:
- Bedroom with 1 double bed plus 1 single bed
- Bedroom with 4 singles and 1 double and en suite bathroom
- Bedroom with 1 double bed
- Large covered terrace with outside kitchen and BBQ
- Gardens surround the Farmhouse on all sides, which include a further outside eating area, potager where you can pick your own vegetables (subject to the season/availability)
- Fenced salt water ‘L’ shaped swimming pool (10m x 4m / 8m x 4m), heated to a minimum of 24C
- Covered games area with pool table, table tennis, darts and other games
- Children’s play equipment
- Indoor jacuzzi, exercise equipment and sauna available on request
Flexible arrival/departure dates possible – please ask us.
The owner lives in a separate building and will check/clean the pool and jacuzzi daily, respecting the privacy of guests at all times.
Use of the health suite and sauna can be arranged with the owner.

A magnificent house with lots of character and all the facilities to make the most of it for a week. Surrounded by plain, the place is a perfect change of scenery. And what about the host who is very caring !! To redo with great pleasure.

Wonderful house, inside and outside. Owner is very helpful, will help you whenever they can. Perfect view, over sunflower fields. Beautiful swimming pool with places in the shade. Jacuzzi is really nice. In neighbourhood there are stores close by, for a large city you need to drive a little bit longer. Everything was very well taken care of.
